Gotta raise the trans tunnel on most trucks, sometimes part of the floor above the rails depending on how much you drop the body down. The seat mounts havent been raised up, so there is no loss in headroom, and with the carpet in, you probably wont be able to tell the floor was raised at all. Not to mention, that gives him a little extra room for the catalytic converter, since he is in California.

Well he's not raising the entire floor like in a traditional or you'd see the floor stepped up. Only a section. I've seen this on a few other S10's that are stock floored. Just a couple small spots raised, no biggie.

not on a s-10 you have to damn near rebuild the whole floor especially if your runnin 22's in the back

hahaha. no such thing as a STOCK floor BD on an s10 unless you wanted to run like 2x2 rails.
Notice how his seating area isnt touched? Stock headroom=SFBD in my books.
Looks good man.

ya, to lay rocker the floor has to be modified, trust me. And you dont wanna use anything smaller then 3x3x1/4 on a extended cab
