Heat options with no Heater Core?

i have the flexalite mojave heater in my s10 i ran heater hoses off the motor inside the frame and up though the floor so no holes in wall works great it was 170 for heater which is actually harder to mount then u think in a body dropped truck cause its ment to mount flat then u need defroster adpater 40 bucks then 2 1/2 inch defrost tubing then mod your defrost vents to hook up to the tube not hard but time consuming and its about 10 long by 6 wide bu 6 deep and the coolant lines are exiting weird out the top i had to have mine turnd and brozed by a radiator shop hopes it help a little but i tired the 12v ones and they suck big time

^ What LOWROACH said. It doesn't help defrost the windshield but it's better than nuthin' Sometimes forklifts will have small heaters in them( if they have a cab) as well. They are usually small little box shaped heater with a small fan built into it. You could probably score one from an industrial equipment grave yard for cheap and adapt it as you see fit.

harbor freight has a small one that plugs into a cigarette lighter. then you can just take it out when you don't need it.

i just pulled all my HVAC too, no heat sucks!! i wanted an inexpensive solution so i went to ebay and bought a plug in 12v for like 20 bucks. not sure how well it will work, but i figure for $20 it's better than nothing
