My cluster illumination quit workin and im positive theirs a short.. Everytime I turn on my headlights the fuse pops... My clock also shuts off when I pull my headlight switch. Any idea where to start looking?

Ok man i work at RadioShack i can try to help. Got some ???, let me get this straight when you turn your heads on the cluster fuse blows??? It could be a short or someting grounding out. What have you done to your truck, wire wize. check your stock wiring usuing a test light or voltmeter. Let me know what you get man Holla at me on my Sn on aol its Redxtremeon20s

I talked to the guy at Tonys auto parts and he said I have a bad ground our a bad headlight switch. I replaced the switch and Its still bad So obvioulsy I have a bad ground... Which I figure is in my corner light because its out... So now im on the hunt for a bad ground... If you have any other ideas let me know

That sounds like it, but while checking the headlight wire, also check all other wiring(under the dash/under the hood) just to be on the safe side. Ight man holla

Have you put in an aftermarket stereo recently or had it out for some reason? It could be the illumination wire for the factory deck getting grounded. Happened to my wifes Sebring a couple months ago, avery time she trned on her lights she lost all her dash lights and gauges. I'd check that too.
