Power windows and locks?

How would I convert manual windows and locks into power? Trying to put them on a 90 Civic, hatchback. Manual is fine, but for convenience issues....

This is a great kit for upgrading to power windows. Easy to install, includes illuminated buttons and uses factory window crank.

So I'd get rid of the crank, right? Or would I have to leave the crank on there and just install the motor and all?
