a good idea would be to fight it and tell them that they need to prove that you damaged the road, it would be hard enoughfor them to even find the exact location that you dragged, let alone anything that you caused.

with the probabilaty of the judge asking where the scene of the insident was and to find any trace of the insident will never happen The ticket might be dropped dont know bout the pionts on your liscense(sp)
Cops down here suspended mine because of improper tail lights no tag light and unsafe vehicle tickets and to top it all off towed my truck infront of the scene down here in Naples. Bastards. It just makes me wanna drag harder and longer and drive lower and lower Fight it man. And file a harassment charge against the officer and say it was based on profiling which they say they never do. get all your buds up there to sign a potition that states the cops are picking on your group and only your group and that you're feeling like your gettin herrased. What we do to our trucks keeps us away from drugs and crime tell the cheif of police all we want is some feedom to cruise the strip and show off our work so people can look in amasment and wounder how we drive these things so low HAHA. sorry for the book but I think we all need to take a stand against the MAN and demand our right to drive the streets loke everybody else. The coop that gave me all the ticket said that the lifted trucks were safer they still have stock suspension I laughed in his face. I said Officer It might look like stock but the springs are larger than stock the leaf spring packs are arched higher and some run 4 links with AIR BAGS The same suspension that you are giving me a ticket for and you say that its stock and safer. f^&cking red neck mother F45ckers around here. Every old person I come across I ask what would rather have turning next to your a truck that is about 3 feet higher than you or a truck that is lower than your car the answer is always the lower truck. If there is ever a big show down here in Naples be carefull where you drag the Man is every where theres more cops then residents here it seems. So F87CK the POLICE!

$115 for a draggin ticket!! damn man, when i got pulled for being "too low" on the 20th its 121.50! and 3 pts! good thing he wrote down the wrong statute # and basically gave me a ticket for exceeding the maximum bumper height, but wrote down it was 6" off of the ground. hopefully ill win that appeal
