If it is an 86-87 B2000, the head is the exact same casting as the B2200. However, the rocker arms on the 2.0l are manually adjusted and the 2.2l are hydraulic. So make sure and use the corresponding 2.0 head gasket, the difference in the head gasket is the oil passage to the rockers.

If it is an earlier B2000 head, 84-85, it will still bolt on, the blocks are identical, but the head uses a chain instead of belt, so you'd need the whole front of the B2000 motor, and the intake and exhaust sides are swapped, so you'd need all that too.

So recap: 86-87 B2000 - bolt right on and works fine, 84-85 B2000 - still technically "bolt on" but likely more trouble than its worth.

There is no differences in the oil passage ways in the B2200 and B2000 heads or head gaskets. The only difference in lubrication is in the rocker arms themselves and maybe the oil restrictor that is press fit into the top of the block.
