i have a 4x4 tahoe and i am trying to figure out what i need to convert the 4wd 4l60e tranny to a 2wd tranny i have no idea what to do.

tran housings are different..you would need a 2wd trans casing..strip the guts from the 4wd and put em in the 2wd casing..definately not worth it..it would be cheaper to buy a 2wd trans and sell your 4wd..
