ok, here it is, mocked up, not welded yet. Does anybody see any problems with it as far as enough triagulation. I tried to make this link as big as possible, and couldn't get as much angle in the top bars as i could if it were smaller. The upper and lowers are about 2 degrees from parallel in the pic, Thanks

Looks good to me, but maybe some other guys who have way more experience will reply. If anything maybe you could gain a few more degrees on the top bars by bringing the front tabs outwards on the crossmember as much as possible while still being able to get a wrench around the nut end of the hardware. Looks really nice though, beefy bars! Cant wait to see the finished product, have fun with it man

why not use smaller bars? i dont understand this day in age where 1.5" bars are better. 1" bars are perfectly capable of any 4 links any of us will use. hell, jegs and the hot rod places that sell to muscle cars use 5/8 bar and small ass heim joints. other than that it looks good.
ps, i would have your drive in to make sure your pinion angle is good, and to make sure it isnt hitting everything

Also dont forget the height that the bracket will raise the bar ends. Overall you are there with the palcement though.
