steering help

i have a 95 ranger splash in my shop that i just bd and the steering is binding. what do people do to remedy this any help would be greatly appreciated

with all the ranger gurus on here some one has to know something

i can't turn it almost at all. its really hard to move the steering wheel. and it seems that by dropping the cab 3.5 inches that it is putting the steering shaft too low therefore making it bind
