frequent ebayers i need your help

ok...i have this dumbass situation that i need a little help with. In a nut shell, i put stuff on ebay for my mom. The total ebay fees were $41.57. I paid the fees with my paypal and for some dumbass reason, ebay took the payment out again. So it was taken out twice. So i told ebay and they said they couldnt put it back on my checking account, only credit it to my ebay account. Now thats ebay account not paypal. It's like I now have -$41.57 on my ebay account and if i have any seller fees or anything it just deducts it from that and i don't have to pay for it. Heres my deal, i am in desperate need of a new cell phone and the $41.57 that should be in my checkin account would help a lot. If i win an auction does anybody know if its possible for me to use that money to pay for some of it? I have looked around and asked ebay the same question and have come up empty handed. Pretty shitty how its my money that i worked for that they should have never taken out and now i can only spend it on seller fees. Which i sell something maybe 5 times a year. Any help is appreciated

I do a lot of selling on ebay... well latley it's been really slow... but that's part of the reason why....

ebay is screwing sellers, and buyers, but they are basically making so shitty for sellers, that's it's almost not woth it anymore.

Chances are you won't get it back, ebay has a problem admitting when they are wrong, and they are big enough they don't have too.

I would say you need to find some more shit to sell, that is the only way you will get it back.

hey matt, i have dealt with ebay a little bit and the same shit happened to me, your pretty much lost on that 41 bucks unless you sell some more shit. hurry and make me those dayumm cnc logos and i will send you some damn money. heres a pic that everyone can see so you can save it for sure without it being corrupt. let me know.

same crap happened to me, i paid with paypal and then they still took it out of my account, so i just sold a bunch of shit, thats about all you can do

man i hate shit like that, where it seems theres nothing u can even do to get your $ from problems like this.. like you said you dont sell much, and you already paid.. and have proof of payment. Is your paypal connected to your bank/credit card? if so look into the "charge back" process, since hopefully the credit card company or bank is willing to defend a buyer as well as they would a seller. there has to be a way to settle this.. i wouldnt give up. $41 is alot to me! lol burger kind tried charging my girlfriend twice on a crispy chicken value meal, they argued with her but the bank helped.. dont give up man!
