ok i live in reno nevada i work at the good guys was a cool job,my boss came to work monday and told us that the store was closing and we have 60 days till closing know we recently had a sales competion at work and i won 1 place it was for a 32 lcd flat screen sharp know they are saying that i will not get it know its bull shit i have a certifacate and a paperwork that they gave me when i won they even taxed my check for the amount of the tv HAS ANY BODY HAD A PROBLEM SIMULAR TO THIS ,I WON THE COMPETITION AND THEY OWE ME THE TV WILL I BE ABLE TO TAKE THEM TO COURT ANY GOOD ADVICE
I am assuming they are going out of business, therefore when a company does that, they don't hold any legal obligations to you. The cost of fighting them in court will superceed the value of the TV, therefore accept the $20+ loss (the taxes) and carry on....
And lastly, use punctuation, had a hard time deciphering what the heck you were saying...
I think if you've got paperwork promising you a TV, they have to give you one. I think you could legally enforce that promise if you needed to.
yea screw all that legal sh&^ go postal and put a plug in their ass!
yea cause if that location is just closing, not good guys across the nation the company unless filing bankruptcy has the obligation to with hold there agreement its just like with a customer buying a tv from them what there not gonna warranty the product or there gonna discontinue billing the customer for the tv please as if. hit those mother fuckers up.
not sure but you could try small claims court you would only have like 50 bucks in legal fees in which the court would award you back if you win
cant a written document showing a sort of 'contract' (in that he won, so they give him the tv) be legally binding
you are alrdy getting fired so wheel out a tv and quit
