brakes and drop spindles

well today i was installing the bags in the front of my c1500 and came to the last step before i thought i was done....and found out that my brakes wont go on....the hard line from the brake caliburs was hiting the top a arm on the nut and bolt....any idea on how to solve this?

bend it out of the way. thats what i did on an 89 that i did. just make sure you dont put a kink in the line. and everythign will be fine

how did you bend it out of the way, just a monkey wrench or is there a beter way to do that?...its a 97....but i suppose that 88-98 is about all the same...thanks....
