Steel throws plenty of sparks. The more surface area there is, the longer it should last. It took a month of dragging hard every weekend to go through an inch of steel. Here's a video of one weekend.

Hey Dude,...

I heard the toughened steel (like a prong from a excavator) is the trick... being toughened you should get heaps of down time.
tho I also have seen the C-channel work a treat.

i dont know about you guys, but when i used to have the truck i just dragged frame...fuck blocks, blocks are for legos. but now that i'm bodydropped and painted the frame i probably wont drag much so i cant say shit

I just go around my dads farm shop and what every I can find that looks like it can throw sparks I weld it on and drag it till its gone then find something else, which is a great way to figer out what can and cant throw sparks and how long it will last

i had a ball but i bent the plate it was bolted to (profile). so im gonna plate up my front crossmember and let it eat
