Inverted C-Notch/Bridge?

I have a question reguarding lifting a truck's rear suspension with bags...would it be possible to bolt on one of those universal bridges with bagmounts and mount my bags to it? Im trying to figure out a way to bag the rear end of a truck thats gunna be lifted 14"...any suggestions?

you're going to need some type of drop down bracket for the bags, that is securely mounted to the frame. Here's the best pic I have of this truck
