I have had some issue with 250s, called and got new diaphrams from GC and have had no problem since. Customer service was great. You can't expect for every company to be perfect for everything, its how they handle "issues" is what counts to me. I have never had a problem with the GC450s. I think I had the GC250 diaphrams in 2 days BTW. From what I understand it was just one batch that went out and they would work fine if u had 250PSI, but only leaked at lower PSI. On that vehicle I was running 90PSI. They also work if you over pressure them also, other manufactures like SMC i've seen problmes if u use over the max, but below is just fine. On vertually every bag setup we do I use GC450 up and GC250 down, has been very bullet proof. Just stay away from aim/air ride and other crappy manifold setups. Just my experience.
Thanks
Phil

Well, from what i hear... they aren't replacing diaphrams for free anymore. I might have to break down and buy 8 of them.

Oukast Missouri runs GC valves EXCLUSSIVLY with ZERO problems! we love them I have one on my dime that wasn't secured to the frame well enough and wiggled its way free until it found my tire then I just sent it back and they repaired it! and that wasn't the valves fault it was mine LOL GC's kick @$$

1-are you sure that you have the GC valves?2-if you do,try the shop that you got them from first.cause GC is more than likely goin to tell you to go to the shop insted. not that GC dosent want to help, but they wana get the shops MORE INVOLVED with the scene.3-if theat dont work,THEN try blake at GC.he has a sn on here.GCX,i think it is.but GC XTREME VALVES are worth watever money you pay for them i think.iv got 3/4s on my truck and NEVER had a problem with them.i stick behind the product 100%.
