so last night i'm driving home from work and realize i'm starting to get more vibration from the steering wheel than usual, so i pull over to find out that i have a flat tire. so after my friend gets there with my spare to bail my ass out (cause of course i cut the bitch out a while back) i get home. then today i find a tire shop that stocks 20 inch tires and decide i'm gonna go up there cause there offering me a good price i do a check of all my other tires just to make sure there alright, well sure enough the front passenger side has a huge gash in it, right in the sidewall, these tires are a year and a half old! f*ck!! so needless to say i leave discount tires with 2 new tires and a dent of $447.00 to my wallet. and this is all but a week before from slamfest.
damn, i could have got you a set of 20's for under $300 including shipping. Hate to hear you got ripped like that.
im interested in the rims... ill cancel my ppresent order if you can send me some info and pics? thanks
hey gavin, i could of gotten them online for under 300 as well, but this is my daily driver and i had to be at work the following day at 1, so i didnt have time to order online and wait a couple of days for the shipping
What kind of tires are you guy getting for that price?
i have the same luck with tires. Its like every time i get a new one another tire is supossed to blow. The bad luck has been this way since i begain to build my truck, ht e hack job on the bag set up, lost my badass unfireable job, flats before major shows, dents in the ride from a mower im mean come on a lawnmower!, irs on my ass, loans that never end, and of course the B-WORD.....BILLS.....BILLS......BILLS!!!!
I work for discout tire. and first off if you pay 300 for tires online you will still have to monut and balnce them and with low pros it will cost more. You may have bought a high bran name. I would recommend nitto, not to much and its a good tire. You may have bought certificates for free replacements in case this happened again. Tell me what you bouhgt and I can check tomorrow and tell what you should pay them. I live in texas so me selling them won't help you. We don't make commsion so just negotiate the price. Like go back to the store when they come in and tell them that you can't afford them. damn that was long(ps my tires last half a year but i get free used 18" tires)
