s-10/15 tail skin, need a few Q's answered

ok, i got a 98 s-10, some one rear ended the tail gate, who know wear i can get a new tail gate cheep, also i figure ill just skin the tail gate where is a good cheep place to get the skins?

i do want the rear tail gate functional so i dont want a combo skin, just a tail gate skin.
