I'd like to try making them myself, but I'm not really sure where to start. I dont have much for sheetmetal tools either.
Any tricks do doing it yourself with basic tools?

a bench vise, elbow grease, and a hammer is all youd really need, that and some patience

a trick ive seen in a sheetmetal forming book is to make a filler out of a block of wood. maybe like 3-4 pieces of MDF screwed together. then shape the wood to the contours of the corner. then grab a piece of 18 ga and a hammer and form it over the positive MDF mold.
may take a lil time, other than that, chjeck out the new minitruckin, Bob Grnat makes corner filler for a nissan...but he uses an english wheel, shrinker, poly hammer, sandbag, etc...
good luck however you choose

yeah i saw the MT, but the thing is, i'd never get one to look that good without all those tools, and the skills to use them.
The MDF thing is a cool idea, but it would take awhile, and the final product still wouldnt be as nice as one made with the proper tools. Maybe if i didnt have a million other things going on the truck right now, but buildign a floor and firewall come first i guess. Maybe by the time i'm done, Grant Fab will be making s10 corner fillers and i wont have to worry about it.
