explorer problems

hey guys my roomate has a 5.0 00 explorer. it wont run and 0 fuel pressure. fuel pump is about 1 year old and does come on and also the fuel pump relay is working... got any ideas? yes it has gas also

maybe a fuel line came off some were? clogged as fuel filter?how dou know its not getin pressure?

press the bleeder valve on the fuel rail and nothing comes out where at 70 pounds of pressure it should shoot all the way to the hood.

may be computer ??
