WOW! I tought we floridians were behind....this concept has been around here for 4 years at least. Off the top of my head I can think or Rent-n-Roll, Rent-a-Wheel these to are the most common ones locally with various location in the florida. The make a sh*t load of money too. My buddy paid $4,000 for a set of 20's over two years including late fees and interest rates.

It suck for the end-consumer (us) but the sure make a killing in profits and don't forget they have re-po's too.

Well i run a rent to own wheel company in Fayetteville North Carolina and i got about 350 customers and i just opened 4 months ago. We don't do credit checks and you get 90 days to pay the cash price for them. WE don't have interest on the wheels after 90days we take a percentage of the payment as rent. Your have a standing balance everytime you come in and can pay out any time. What is the difference in renting them or caling and ordering them off line and using a credit card and taking 2 years to pay the card off. Yes we make money off the product but hell everyone has to make money some how. I make getting chrome wheels that not everyone can get or afford affordable for the normal people
