A couple of my club members and I have been talking about a month long road trip around the US.. to see the states and hit up a few shows. Money is defenatly going to be an issue, so we plan to make the trip for charity.. get local business to sponcer our trucks for the trip, contact hotel's and gas companies.. just to see what we can get. If not.. it will be fun to max out our credit cards and say screw it. But if we can get a bigger one going.. that would be awesome! The problem is shows are so expencive to attend.. gotta pay 40 bux to show your truck and then its like Disney World for food prices.

yea, me and the Absolut guys (mike included) have been throwing around this idea for a while now. wanna start here in gainesville,fl and end up somewhere on the west coast. cali, az something. it would be amazing for our culture to have something organized like this, and like was mentioned make it for charity. it would be nice to have a big organization sponser the cruise, and do the whole $0.50/10 miles thing, or flat rate for donations to said organization.

im willing to get a platinum card and run that bitch up and spend the next 10 years of my life paying that bitch off if we could get at least 10 rides that will stick through the entire cruise w/ us. im young, but the opertunities to do such a thing are getting slimmer by the year, and this is something that i think would be incredible.

if anyone knows anyone in a charitable group that would be willing to work with us, that would be awesome. my email is befin@ufl.edu and just put SSM or something like that in the subject line. also, Mr Mini-Truckin (Mike Alexander) what would be the chances of some help from you guys if this thing can materialize?

dropjawmag.com is talking about getting a town for a week in feb. to have a customs week like bikes have in daytona check the internal affairs page and the editorsials or something it was like two o'clock last night when i saw it but it should be pretty sweet if it happens

we'd be down to cover it for the mag if we could get it big enough!!! as far as financial support, i only wish we had the bank roll to do something like that
