but markus, that isnt the problem, its in the frontend, somethin is causin bumpsteer, if that rack and pinion wasnt setup right, and isnt in perfect alignment with the lower control arm, it will cause bumpsteer.

good look'en out cris, i'm gonna try running the shocks first and go from there i guess. do you think i should run just a stock cheap shock or go with a performance shock

oh aight, yea i just read through the thread
i had an 01 ranger that i had static dropped and it had bad bumpsteer....the tie rod ends are suppose to be close to level, but dropping it made them point up...and the ends were really short off of the rack so it had a big arc (lot of toe change)...so the bumpsteer was really bad...not really sure how you would fix it, maybe move the rack up or down

regular shocks will work
the only problem you may run into is finding a shock that will compress short enough so u can lay out and not blow the shocks, i know monroe and gabriel make shocks that are 9inches eye to eye, dunno the part number tho

I drive my truck 90 miles a day on teh highway. I have the suicidedoors.com 5-link 2600 airlift on all 4 corners no sway bar and no shocks up front. I've had little to no body roll. The only way I do is when there is not enough air in the tank or when i busted a bag and had to run a 2500 up front. That sucks and I will NEVER put 2500's up front on my s-10 again. Also check valves help out alot, they don't let the air go back into the tank when you turn.

Dude that does not sound like bump steer. You know this is the second truck from AZ (I know you are from NM, but wasn't ur truck done at Auto Core) that I have heard of this problem. Both running reverse four links.
The first guy's problem was the triangulated links were not forming enough of a triangle and were spaced poorly plus all the bags where mounted inside the frame rails and the shocks were not installed were not helping with the ride.
