FRUSTRATION!!!!

sorry guys & girls but i need to vent. im quickly losing my patience... my truck im suppose to take it to a local show on the 25th. the guy/shop whos doing my brackets is being a dick. i gave him the parts he wanted for his shit n now hes telling me i need to come up with more or the metal when he said hed take care of it... im normally a very nice guy with way to much patience, but hes fucked a few other people i know of in the last 30 days. i told him in a voice mail n a text message yesterday have my truck towed back to my house n we will call it even then. i expected to come home n see my truck out front tonight was it there no. so now not only can this fucker not keep his word, a deal or follow instructions but hes working his way out of business. if your in the central cali area, DO NOT TAKE YOUR RIDE TO KUSTOM TOYZ IN PORTERVILLE CA FOR ANYTHING the little fuck head cant keep his shit straight let alone keep his word. if i have to call his ass again to do what hes suppose to im just gonna tell him i want some of the parts back n tow my shit out. oh yea and i have numerous people who have told me that hes just sitting around shooting the breeze everyday at the shop not doin shit. oh yea and it gets better the same week he told me bring my shit down he also took on another 4 vechichles n my shit n another guys ride sat out front with no security around it. it would have taken him 6 hours tops to do my shit, all he had to do was cut a 2.25" hole in the upper air bag mount and weld some square tubing in the control arm for a heim joint and make a rear cross member above my link bars n cut to 2.25" holes in it n make the two mounts on the bars for heim joints. and i took the bed off n made it easier for him. WTF

should have done it yourself man!!! damnnn... this is one of those times where it pays well, to be able to work on your own ride, but without knowing your situation (live in apartment etc) it's hard to say. So i'll try and help you as best as possible........
ok, 1st, if you have agreed on a price and given him anything (money) you should get it back. he failed to live up to his agreement with you and meet the deadline. it sounds a bit like you had some trade agreement worked out, so you should get those parts back as well. if he's done ANYTHING to your truck, he can charge you for the work performed already, regardless if he did it in the allotted time, unless you have some contract agreement with him specifying completion date, cost and materials etc. then you'd have nothing at all to worry about, (just a note for future reference). So here is your dilema, the truck is undrivable because it is not completed. you'll be responsible for the tow on the vehicle and any charges for labor he has imposed. you can recoup those monies and or parts equivilant by taking him to small claims court, which is undoubtoudly what you'll have to do. In order to get your truck back, you have to satisfy the bill, whatever us agreed upon. this is where written estimates for labor are neccessary. but beware, and keep this in mind......if he's a shady fuck and you don't satisfy the bill he can put a lien on the vehicle which will inevitably put the title to your truck in his hands. start taking pictures of your truck, it's progress etcand gathering any info (receipts, estimates and or contract for the labor and parts). have your ducks in a row and avoid the problem. pay the bill, get your truck out of there asap, then take the fuck to court, contact your local better business bureau and file an official compalint, get a copy of it as well. you'll need it in small claims court as well as the outcome of the complaint. and only work with reputable shops, sometimes if it's too good to be true.......it is.

bill is paid... its been paid he had the parts almsot 21 days or more early. and im gonna buy a good welder for frame work and a plasma cause i already have a 120 mig n a 80 gallon comp

well guys n girls im draggin the bitch home on a tow truck unless he gives me a really DAMN good reason not too. and my parts i sent with it better be there or ill have his ass or shit from his shop one or the other n if i get him hes gonna be my slave bitch for a while around the house.

Paying the bill be4 the work is done always a no no. 75% of shops out there r know nothing hacks. Dont get frustrated with him man, its ur fault u gave him $ too soon. Stupidity should be painful (and expensive). BTW if u wanna get even forget all the daffy duck schemes and small claims court, rather more like Kustom Toyz, Kustom Toyz where ya at? im hiding in the bush with the baseball bat.

yeah paying before hand isn't really smart,but whats done is done,gotta be positive,call the police,(if you have reciepts that would make a good court consession)but what comes around goes around,believe that!! that dude will pay,he might have a wreck and die tomorrow ,never know,and if ya hide in the bushes with a baseball bat,you will go to jail and you will be even more fucked than before,(paying bond bill,court cost if he takes it to court,hospitial bill,etc)

BTW I wouldn't dealt with him again man,KNOW MATTER WHAT!!theres a saying here in Tennessee "fool me once shame on you,fool me twice shame on me"

take him to civil court. Pick it up from him,if he refuses or gives you a problem, tell him you will call the police and explain to them that he will not give you your vehicle back.
