drug though frame

i was lookin under my truck and i looked down the frame rail and noticed i drug the botton off it before i got around to plating it. would it hurt anything if i push the bottom back down weld it back together then plate it. I also found out my exhaust leak was bigger than i thought pretty much the whole bottom i my y pipe is gone it drives me crazy listening to it but i have no cd player

i would just cut it out and weld in new, thats wht ih ad to do...

I can't what to get my truck for graduation so i can b/d the dakota I want to drag doors so bad

box it in.........keep on welding plates in there when the metal gets thin.....and reroute your exhaust.......shouldn't be dragging exhaust......no points there
