that is a local guy that is from somewhere near cincinnati. i talked to him once and he said he did the paint job himself and that was well over a year ago when i talked to him, so it's been painted like that for a long time....

mines been painted a couple years too...

I got the idea for mine from a rendering from an old old street trucks or truckin mag.
