cary from IF looking for info on blazer/taco hybrid

i was wondering if anyone had some information about the blue blazer with the taco front end grafted onto it. i saw the truck at showfest and talked to the fabricator who built it. i'm looking for links and maybe the name of the builder. in case any of you didn't know, that guy is pretty friggin good. thanks for any help.
