shannons rear axle is NOT a drive axle, he welded a bearing to the rear cover of the front axle so the drive shaft from the rear one could turn when he is driving. if and when you see it again, look real close and you will see what i am talking about

HI there This is shannon bullis it has come to my att. that there are some questions about my rear axle in my tandem. At this time the rear is NOT a live axle when I first built the truck both rearends where LIVE (they both pulled) in the fall of 1999 i was doing a burn out for big rig magazine (A simi truck mag)at racefest in charlotte NC and killed both axles do to the cost of this mod it was just put back for looks. SO yes it can be done but it is not cheap. there was also a dodge d50 from TX in the late 80 that was live it was in truckin or minitruckin one not sure. and yes i still have my truck just dont show that much anymore, just go too see friends

it was a D-50 and it was in the December 89 Truckin' along with my Mazda Tandem limo.

I think that shit is pretty cool
