$1,000 a WEEK on fuel? You mean $100? $1,000 a week on gas is ALOT OF DRIVING!!!! You'd be better off moving if you have to pay that much to get to work.
Nope 1,000 a week not 100
I still don't get how? Unless you expense it off or you drive outta state every day.I drive around the state of KS (servicing medical equipment) and I fill up on average 3 times a week $50 a tank with average mileage per week of 900 miles (300+ miles per tank), and that's roughly $150 per week. Yet that's company expensed so I don't see it. So how you spend $1,000 per week on fuel? Unless you farm then I can see plowing sucking some $$$, or Truck driving. But again those are expenses, not outta pocket daily driving to/from work. I'm just curious on how you figure $1,000 per week in fuel???
Im a transporter Hot shot. 900 a week is what i do in one day easy. Read my profile My truck is driven on average 5k miles a week. I got the truck with 38k miles on it 3.5 months ago and it now has 104k miles on it.Cost me 300 to fill it up every other day.
im still KINDA glad i have bike. $10-$10.75 to fill the little sucker up,once MABYE twice a week.its only 10 bucks, but wen i baught it,it only cost 6-7 bucks to fill up. this shyt is rediculous(sp).

Ok that's business expense, so you drive for a living and understandable. I thought you spent $1,000 a week getting to/from work.

Josh (2bad4ya):
wow! there's obviously a lot of historical confusion out there.
1. al Qaeda was formed in 1988
2. Iraq invaded KUWAIT in 1990
3. The Saudis were worried that they were next, so they invited the US forces in.
4. al Qaeda carried out the failed 1993 bombing of the WTC. One of the bombers had numerous ties to Iraq: the Iraqi intelligence service had met with him repeatedly beforehand, and Iraq sheltered him afterwards, when he fled there.
(al Qaeda was not formed as a response to the 1991 Gulf War -- it already existed)
well hell OJ,i was wrong, sorry, didn't wanna go into detail, lol

But for some of us that are barley or not even able to pay some of our bills right now due to situations that can't be helped and etc, this Increase in gas prices just makes life this much harder on us. Hell there are some small frame shops and other business around here that is laying alot of their people off because they can't afford the gas for the deliveries. Anyway it goes, I'm sure for everyone...IT SUCKS!
Oh, you mean because we live in the poorest state in the union... Actually second now, KY is reportedly got our old claim to fame.
And now for my direct comments:
2.59 for Entry Grade
2.69 for Midgrade
2.89 for Premium
That is about the average. BTW, in this area around MS anyway, buy from BP when ever you get the opportunity. They are the least importers of forien oil.
Open the damn caps on our oil wells and crack Alaska open like a pecan. It is time to get self sufficent again and stay that way. Either that or we need Mr Fusion.
