hey i was about to bag my civic and i was wondering what you guys thought rode better cylinders or strutbags..this is the first car ive ever dealt with ive always had trucks so i had to turn to you guys for a little help..thanks
strut bags i have an 05 civic to and savn up to bag it...
strut bag are a good ride, i intalled them on an 01 civic. super easy
from what i have read on here strut bags ride better but they don't lay out and i have cans and it rides fine as long as i drive it at a decent heighth... but you shouldn't be putting it on air for the ride you should be putting it on air to LAY OUT
i hear a lot of people say that cylinders or cans ride like shit, but are easy to install. i'd go with some type of bag set-up, strut-bags being the easiest.
I have a 04 Civic sedan. That I just order strutbags for it. I was told that because it was a mcpherson strut frontend you could not put cans on it you had to use strut bags.
You should juice it. You would get lower/hihger and you would have a ride like a caddy.
My boss has an accord that he has air cans on and he's gonna be switching to bags. I would go with the strut bags IMO.

that is 90 percent true....there are only one type of cylinder you should use on the front of a mac strut car and they are the brislands cylinders....they are designed for the side loading and are way overbuilt

werd^^^ you would get more lift/lower but riding like a caddy is an overstatement, juice rides like a damn logwagon, go with a mac strut bag in front and a single below eai bag in rear. call me i can give you some more info and/or help you get your kit ordered. 661 492 1141
