narrow the rear clip? or the whole frame? I guess you could do either, or both.

Do you need more room for bigger wheels on a narrower axle or summat? Be careful, narrow it too much and your rear suspension will get complicated. But narrowing for a shorter axle (like a courier axle) is a good idea, so you dont have to be so specific with offsets.

IAM GOING WITH 19X7.5 AND IF I HAVE TO IAM GOING TO GO WITH YOTA SUSPENSION BUT I WLD LIKE TO KEEP THE MAZDA SETUP CUZ I SAVED MY STOCK SPINDLE. I HAVE HEARD WITH THE DROP SPINDLES IAM LOSING ABOUT 2" OF LIFT? LIFT IS NOT IMPORTANT I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO MAKE TURNS.THANKS RUSS LATA ALSO IF NEED TO BE IT WILL BE THE WHOLE FRAME

spindles dont lose you lift, the amount the bag compresses and expands determines lift. if you have drop spindles and when layed out the bag is not fully compressed then you are losing lift, but its certainly not the spindle losing you lift. also bag placement in relation to the pivot point (lower arm bushings) is very important.

just for your info, I make tube arms for Mazdas that fit toyota spindles and eliminate the strut rods. check the Toyota ones at the website. the Mazda ones are very similar. www.builtbybyc.com

ive got 19x8s with a 45mm offset and the stock frame is fine, only thing is i have the 55.5" older yota axle, and it puts the wheels alittle less than 1/2" from the frame, if i ever get another set of wheels i'll get a lower offset. if you run the stock rear end, or even the 86-94 yota rear ends you will be fine with a 7.5" wheel and 40mm + wheel.
