What all would I need??

I'm going to put a LCD touch screen on my dash basically where the radio and 2 regular LCD screens in the headrests i want to be able to run the xbox from all 3 screens but just run my laptop from the touch screen.... what all would i need to have/do to get this going?? i havent bought the screens yet so im just doing homework on this... any help would be appreciated!
