Yup, They even have a friendly cat in the lobby =) Got to know it as they built my 4-link, lol. Oh and the dually silver flake with blue flames, is badd ass, got to meet the guy, he's cool as hell, and even the rims are custom made, which clyde had alot to do with, but THINK that another company actually built them. But the wheels design came from the owner of the truck and clyde.

This is my truck that silverstar did. I'm not trying to bash them, but they did a lot of short- cutting. My front left wheel has fallen off twice, altough they did send me a check to get new parts to fix it. They forgot to tighten the brake lines and they forgot to prime the inside of the tailgate skin. I know they are busy, but I feel that they didn't commit enough effort to it.

huh justin so is this the whole story or did you leave out some important details like ummmmmm why the wheel fell off could it of been a bad spindle ,,,,,, who put the wheel on the second time it feel off seems might of been more issues there your not explaining what did clyde actually do work wise for you

Actually yes, this is the whole story. You see, since clyde changed the front spindles from dakota to s-10 spindles, therefore having to use s-10 rotors. Well, he used some old rotors off of a junk s-10 he had around and put them on my truck. The inner race that holds the bearings in place was warped, therefore causing it to let the bearing spin cock eyed, which would seize the bearing to the spindle pin. Then, since theres no more bearing for the rotor to spin on, the wheel would try to come off so that it could spin freely like it was designed to do. So with no bearing, the wheel that is bolted to the rotor would then slap into the cotter key holding the spindle nut on, which would eventually break causing the wheel to come off. Now, the second time was my bad because I assumed that Clyde, being a pro, would have used new parts, since he did change the new factory parts. So I thought that it may have been a faulty cotter key and an unfortunate mishap. But like I said, he sent me a check to get new parts. Just a big inconveince.
