Autoloc suicde kit install help..

alright..well i got the kit and everything i measured out the wholes cut out that middle bar and tac welded in the hinges and shit..then i cut the inner door skin out a bit cuz the door wouldnt fit had to put the pockets in...neways cut these holes then formed the pockets to the inner door skin went to put it in and it wont fit!! cuz it hits the winow frame...neone ever suicded there mazda before that can help me..
