It doesnt seem like you are building one style of arm at atime like you said you were going to do. You told me Mazda arms would take about 4 weeks (that was around the end of July) and all you have are balljoints? I'm with jcordova, WTF is going on? I know you've changed them, but come on. How many times are you going to say "I'm building arms this week or next week"? There are soo many people trying to give you the benefit of the doubt and be nice and wait for you to come through. BUt people can only wait soo long and hear soo many excuses before they get fed up with it. You havent replied to any e-mails I've sent you in the past week or two. Looks like the pubk=lic forum (which is NOT where I would like to bring this up in) is the only way for you to answer (defend) yourself.

And I'm with Corey, whats up with the Toyota upper and lower arms (as well as my Hardbody upper/lower arms and Mazda arms).

I think there is a chapter in there about Not trying to kiss everyones ass and make them all happy and "a one thing at a time" chapter .. and then after you masterd the 'back to normal' and 'out of a never ending hole you are never going to get out of' you can try

i didn't mean to sound like i was bashing him. mike's been cool as hell to me. when i ordered my arms i was also doing a full body off restoration of a gto so when he said a month or a little better, i was fine with that. i told him even 3 or 4 months would be cool too since i read he was backed up as hell.

my only thing is that i called him about a month ago and he said all he had to do is tap the upper crossbar & make shock tabs & they'd ship by friday (about a month ago) now he doesn't call back or email anymore.

the part that really bugs me is that gary (truckaction) told me that he ordered his at the end of august and got them at the end of october. well i ordered mine in june so wtf!?! oh well, gary did say that they're well worth the wait & worth every penny plus some, so it's cool.

sorry about the short novel, but keep up the good work mike, just respond to calls & emails more often please.

no offense really.... this fourum is just has alot of ignorat shit.. i am sure your products are top notch.. but if your going to try and make large amounts of overhead at a time for every model and more orders than you got even made.. You need to have the sales of somthing else to match the cost of theoverhead you are making to balance shit out.. you need to know when to say hold the phuck up no, more orders for a while.. i mean..most minitrukers are not the richest phuckers on earth.. and trying to send COD that shit just dont work 90% of the time..
