Im not getting on here to bash you but ive done everything you've asked people to do ive sent a ton of emails left messages at the shop and after a long wait they are still not here i thought you told me a month ago that they were ready to ship i really need these arms this is the only thing holding up the completion of my truck.

this is my last post of the month so it's probably going to be lengthy, sorry.

I just finished reading this entire post, only took me 2 hours. Good thing I have nothing to do at work today. Mike, it's really good to see you stepped back and changed the way you respond to customers. I really like your company for the fact that you work towards actual customization. You are willing to be the first one to try and mass produce parts for the little guys.

I do have one idea for your company. I know you said you don't have the money to pay someone to work there, but perhaps you could trade someone work for shop time.

How many people on here go to college or have spare time off during the week and live near BYC. I know when I'm going to school I typically have two days off a week. Perhaps you could have someone come in and take calls, and messages, and answer emails, and organize files. In trade you allow them to use your tig welder, use your shop. I know if I lived in texas I would be more than happy to lend a hand.

Oh and if you get a chance in like a year when you get caught up, do you think you could whip together some lowering spindles for 98+ rangers, that would be great thanks.

Seriously though, I think that kind of even trade for help could really ease your stress levels, and further the business.

^that sounded like a good idea. I doubt he has the room in the shop for someone to work on there crap, I dunno.

Got an e-mail today!

He e-mailed me on monday and told me that he got all the s10 ball joint plates from the lazer guy and that he will be shipping them out in the next couple of days. He also e-mailed me a picture last week of a pile of s-10 arms just sitting there waiting for plates there had to be atleast 10 sets in the pic.

ive been trying to get in touch with him about my arms ive got to have them and ive sent emails and left messages on his machine at the shop and i havent heard from him yet :FLIPA:

This guy cant win...gets bitched at for posting on here instead of working, then gets bitched at for not posting on here...LOL But of course, that doesnt account for non-returned phone calls and emails, but maybe he is out there hard at work making the arms..
