found a 88 Mazda B2000 for $750.

5spd, Red Ext, Gray Int, Bucket Seats, new carpeting inside, seats look new also.Sun roof, sliding rear window, bedliner.Lowered with 3" blocks in rear, not sure how front is lowered.98 Chevy Z71 wheels with 245/50/16s.

problems...front bumper is bent in, no rear bumper(dont care will have a rollpan). no radio, speakers.2k RPM idle, similar to my old 91 b2200.valvetrain makes a lot of noise, lifter noise i assume.shifts good, brakes are soft. some rust on the bed.

i like it a lot. just curious on ur thoughts and opinions. thinking about getting it tomorrow...depends if i can scrounge up $750.

YA U SHOULD BUY IT.. but.. whats the deal about baggin that 4x4.. not bashin or goin off topic too much.. but.. is it just to be different? cuz u wont be able to use it much.. unless.. u like.. get massive lift from the bags and put on some 35"s or somethin.. but woudlnt that defeat the purpose of being low?? i dont understand the whole bagged 4x4 thing

eh, kidna like lifting a 2wd.

you can bag a 4x4 and have it sit pretty low...if i need to use the 4x4...say in 'inclimate weather' all i have to do is raise it a little bit so the front drive shafts dont bind up...i was thinking of lifting it..and having my old mazda bagged and sit under it...but the mazda was sold...not my choice my dad just kinda said "hey some guy is comign to buy the mazda"...he bought it riding the frame and all lol. he was like "how do i lift it so its not so rough" but i hated him cuz he bought my mazda and i never talked to him again. the guy that bought it...not my dad lol

doubt ill bag the silverado...probably just leave it as is fro a daily til the mazda is bagged etc...tahn ill sell the silveado and just have the mazda.

yeah, my old mazda had soft brakes but this was wicked soft. the clutch was like my old mazda...compared to my silverado u can't tell the 'release point' at all. the high idle...old mazda did that, only thing different is the valvetrain noise. but eh, doubt ill keep the mazda engine in there for to long.

theres a link to pics of the mazda. it does need some help...but it will get a teardown/rebuild if i get it, have the silverado for a daily driver...which unfortunately costs me $500/month in insurance/payment/gas
