I`d say use his, or some tubular mounts coming off the side of the frame into a upper bag cup. I did this to a buddy of mine Ranger and worked awesome.

i got tubing and came off the top of the frame to a mount. the most important thing is both sides wont be the same because how the frame is made.make brakets dont buy them the brakets out there are all the same big ass plate the sits on the frame. then you will just run into trouble with rubbing on your bag.

Yep, I have the SilverStar bag set-up. The front bag brackets are half cupped and actually sit into the frame (you gotta cut). And be real careful cutting them into the frame, gotta couple gas lines right behind the frame I know of on Gen2 rangers =)
Also with the Silver star brackets, if you line the bottom mount up just right your #2500 bag will never rub anything =)

Good luck man!

i bagged a ranger using SSD.com brackets and the tire rubs the bag with lock to lock turns. i think the guy needs to get different rims with less backspacing, but has anyone else had this problem? how was it corrected. besides re-doing the front setup. the owner is pretty cheap when it comes to everything.

sorry to hijack. i used a link found in a topic on SSM as a guide to bag on i-beams.
