air intake ideas for my b2600i

Bagged my truck and I cant use the original air intake filter cause the box that holds the filter will sit on my tire, I want one of those chrome honda air intakes with the cone filter but dont think I can afford it so I want to use the orignal stuff just change the filter, how to I determine what kinda filter to get like what do I ask for at the auto parts? And will it pass smog, any comments or suggestions would be appriciated.Thanks

the air intakes you can buy from auto zone for 96-00 civic will work and theres 2 different ways u can install it. dont remember which way it is 4 body dropped but one will work. the intake itself w/ the filter and all, if im not mistaken, is only like $30 from auto zone.

..enlighten me on the autozone honda parts..pics of it installed?? i have a bodydrop and need new choice for air fliter..thanks

I got an APC intake from O'Reilys. it was like $47 its the 1500.1K I think. I just had to cut it down a bit, but the bend works great.
