need help on building fuel cell? please

heres the deal i am going to build a cell for my first gen s-10, the truck is getting a 350 swap so i don't need a pump in the cell.

i want to build one that will set between the frame rails behind the rear end, this i can accomplish just fine, but not having any experence with cells before i just want to make sure the placement of all of the components are were they should be.

here is what i am thinking so tell me if i am on the right track or not please?

i need a feed line for the pump on the motor, a return line from the carb, a breather on top of the cell since its not a sealed system, and a fill neck,

i assume the feed line will go on the lowest part of the tank, the return on top or top side of tank, breather on very top, and fill neck there also,

my next question is on the breather and return line is there some sort of check valve need to make sure when filling gas won't over flow out the top and or back feed into the return line? if so where might one buy those?
