pop noise going through amp when letting go of switch

any suggestions on how to fix the pop noise coming through my stereo speakers when i let go of the switch? where does every one ground there valves? can a switch box need grounded?

its still happens if i disconnect the rca's from the amps

mine used to do that too, i was told the way to fix it is to use diodes, but i didn't know how

i dont have have the poping problem , mines a little wierder if i " tap tap tap tap tap " on my switches the windsheild wipers are triggerd , its pretty funny , i disconnect them when i go to shows or cruz spots
the diode trick is ...let me know if im wrong....a diode is kinda like a check valve but for power , only lets a certain amount of power go in one direction

then i bought a new amp and RCA's and re-routed them through the middle of the truck and didnt have a problem then
