nitrogen bottles

i want a bottle now but i want a small one who sells bottles, is a scuba tank the same as a nitrogen bottle

A guy on ebay sells new bottles in various sizes for good prices, cheaper than buying one from a welding supply

or just ask around watch the paper for used ones most places exchange them, I have bought many of them off the streets (probly stolen so you kinda have to watch it)
