weber jet paks????? do i need one?

sup, i have a 1990 mazda b2200 32/36 carb, 272 cam can a pacesetter with a 2 inch exhaust, dynomax turbo muffler. did any of you guys with the same setup need to go with a jet pak? my truck still runs like crap around 2500 rpm+ thanks
