radial arm cross member

i just bought the radial arm cross member for my 96 ranger and i want to install my self. how would i do it? anyone have any suggestions...don't wanna screw it up....

dont you need an alignment after you put them on? dosnt it screw up your caster????

technically yes but i never did one on mine after i put mine on...

so would it be safe to drive it, without an alignment for like a week?

i still don't have an alignment, and my truck is cool....it's been what 2 months i think.
