Body and Paint

Well I decided after multiple shitty jobs I've decided I better get started working on a "career". I'm leaning twords autobody. I know there are some guys on here in the feild and I would like to get your opinions about what you love/hate it. How did you get into it?

Also, does anyone know of any good schools to help get me started. I'm not talking wyotech, because I'm not ready to drop that kind of cash. Between what I've got, the exchange rate, and living expenses it's way too much. I know there is a Autobody Training Centre in BC. Does anyone have any experience with them? ANY comments at all will be greatly helpful.

I'm generally looking for what other people have experinced throughout their career. I know I belong in the shop, but don't want to be wrenching on Joe Blows car for dick all. I like to be able to stand back and look at what I have accomplished during the day.
