Floor shifter on 2002 Blazer

I got an 02 Blazer, and it is the floor shifter kind. And I was wondering if anybody has changed out there shift knob on there truck? I absolutely hate the shifter on the truck, and was wondering how to change tit out, and what shifter yall thinkn that i should use??
