vibration

Just bagged my extended cab 04 ranger in the front, the rear is monoleafed with a flip kit, im getting some vibration which sounds like its coming from the front of the truck but i believe its the driveshaft, is it possible that pinion angle can cause this sort of grinding noise, and vibration?
