Mustang Cobra to Lincoln swap ??

I just bought a 1998 Lincoln Towncar with the 4.6L in it... The motor has obnoxiously high Kilometres and I am wanting to put a newer mustang cobra motor, transmission and computer into it.

Does anyone know where I can buy a motor and transmission out of a cobra and possibly have any ideas to the problems I would have with this swap ?

I know...I know....a lincoln with a standard...but it will be sick to drive.
