Chrome Yota bars

i want to install a chrome yota bumper on my 82 toyota, anyways whats the easyest and best way to go about installing it, how well does the reinforcement bar go with modification.my currant bumper mount looks like other newer yota pick up mounts just to bars comming from the chassis that fork out so the bar is bolted on to it.if i remember right the toyo bumpers are a plastic skin and a remoovable reo bar?as for the sides ill figure someway of secruing it so it doesnt flap in the wind.just wondering how u guys have done itthanks
