Autoloc Solonoids

Has anyone had any trouble with Autoloc's 50lb solonoids. My solonoid keeps breaking and bending the E clamp and washers that hold the shaft of the plunger. I have had to replace the washers and e clamp several times. Am i the only one having this trouble? if this is the wrong forum, my bad, did not see where to post this exactly?.
