Is there a secret ?

Is there some way other than a grinder to shape the corners of two tubes joining together? The grinder is taking so long and i don't want to use body filler. Just wondering if there is a special tool or file. http://www.flatlinecustoms.net/joelupload/FRAME/FRAME%204.JPG
